While I regretted having to resort to making this decision I felt it was necessary. Since I have joined I have had nothing but great experiences with everyone from the customer service team, debt negotiating team and even utilizing the Global Client Solutions website. They helped settle my debt and cut what I owed by over 20K when it will be all said and done. The creditor had called and said I needed to pay the bill owed, when in fact CLEAR ONE had already settled with the creditor in December of 2008. Which of course they showed no record of in their files.
