Good Afternoon Mr. Harlan! I can’t even begin to put it into words of a 4-year burden that has been lifted off of me as of yesterday. I have indeed lost everything I’ve owned, my home, health, and my value in the eyes of society, all due to not educating myself enough on ARMs. It has been a long hard road after losing one home by way of bankruptcy, as it had a cracked foundation that was not disclosed at the time of closing, and my second home after I couldn’t handle the ARM anymore. I paid off as many creditors, and closed accounts as I could while I was healthy.
Just recently, I was presented with the request for completing an application for a security clearance for my job. I knew that credit would be an issue, and I didn’t even know how much of an issue, as I have become a hermit and not even living life anymore. As these 4 years have gone by, I have found better positions, and yesterday was the day that I faced my demon of the past with my credit, because I had to. Researching all of the information, credit reports, and what not drained my energy and happiness in reflecting on the disastrous past, but that all changed when I had the courage to return a call to Brent.
I haven’t felt this “blessed” in years. This young man allowed me to tell him my story of hardships, he allowed me to cry with him, he even applauded all of my efforts after reviewing my credit reports showing that I paid some creditors, and closed the accounts on my own. I just couldn’t do it all before my illness took over. So, I have been just working jobs and working my way up, but the position I am in now REALLY counts, and in order to be able to complete all of the functions of my job, I have to have a security clearance. Brent understood this, and understood that I was “under the gun” to at least show that I was “proactively” looking for a good resolution, and I have found it, Clear One Advantage!!! This man had me ready to roll in less than 12 hours with a contract, that was more than sufficient enough at first glance by my security team here, who was evaluating my solution to my debt in order to obtain my clearance. I was given a “green light” by them just this morning after submission of my agreement, and was told my information was being forwarded onto the next level of observation and that the diligence and quick turn-around was “deeply appreciated” by them. This was all due to Brent’s professionalism, him “knowing” his business, and being able to relay it on many different levels of clientele, I am sure…
I know I have had a lot of questions, as I relayed to him that I simply can afford another “bad deal” of any kind, and emotionally I just can’t take anything else. He understood that, reassured me that I wasn’t dealing with a “fly-by-night” company and backed it up with plenty of credentials, but even more so than that, I am a GREAT judge of character as I have met people from all parts of the world, and not one time did I ever feel swayed or pushed or misguided by him. That means a lot to a person who has survived what I have.
I have taken some deep, cleansing breaths since yesterday, and I haven’t been able to do that for so long. It just feels good, very good, and I am eternally gratefully, and ready to begin my journey to my “fresh start”…. Thank you, Brent! I wholeheartedly, “thank you”.

I really do appreciate your monthly pep talks. I am getting calls from my creditors many times a day and I don’t answer their calls. It is upsetting and disruptive to keep getting the calls but I know it is a part of the process and I am bolstered by ClearOne’s monthly email. Thank you so much. I am writing this to say thank you to ClearOne Advantage. I am not really sure where I would be at if not for what their debt settlement program has done for me. When I was in college I was one of the many college students who basically lived foolishly off of credit cards . How could I resist especially with the free t-shirts and offers these credit card companies were offering me. Now came the problem once I graduated the job market was very slim and I was going on interviews with people who have been working for 20 years in the same industry but we were interviewing for the same entry level positions. So here I was without a job and over $12,000 in credit card debt to boot.
I had to do something but really didn’t know what to do. So I went the route of consumer credit counseling which everyone talked so highly of. What a joke I was supposed to be in their program for only 2 years and all of my credit card accounts would be paid off. Well not only did they extend my term but also raised my payment half way through. They also made the payments to my creditors late half of the time so even though I wasn’t using the accounts my balances were growing due to late fees. Needless to say consumer credit counseling did more harm than good. I had to find another way to get these accounts paid off. That’s when I found some information on debt settlement. After doing some research I decided to enroll on ClearOne Advantages program. They were very helpful from the start! I was not only allowed but encouraged to save more money each month which would enable me to get my accounts paid off even sooner. After about 14 months here I am now. No outstanding credit card debt and now working to rebuild my credit and my financial future. I was actually able to buy a new car after being in the program and now since I graduated I am working on getting that vehicle refinanced with a more attractive rate. I am also realizing my dream of buying a house in the future. I will be honest there was a point in my life just not too long ago that I really thought I would never own anything on my own because of the mistakes I made financially earlier in my life. But with ClearOne Advantages program not only did they allow me to get all of my credit card debt paid off they gave me hope for the future and now I know there is one! I cannot thank everyone at ClearOne enough from the account managers to customer service to negotiations everyone was very helpful along the way.

Michelle and I had made arrangements to put this month on hold due to several legal issues that had been being addressed. Since then we have graduated from the program as the legal issues had to be addressed. I spoke to someone from Clear One on 2/15/2010. I will being making arrangements to have the balance of our account to be returned as discussed yesterday.
The program was so beneficial to us. It helped us change habits, routines and know the bottom line. We will no longer live from pay check to paycheck and will no longer have any of the debt that we had lived with for many years and would have continued.

Hello, I am writing to share my experience with ClearOne Advantage. While I regretted having to resort to making this decision I felt it was necessary. Since I have joined I have had nothing but great experiences with everyone from the customer service team, debt negotiating team and even utilizing the Global Client Solutions website. They helped settle my debt and cut what I owed by over 20K when it will be all said and done. I would like to thank the work that Rida Benda did for me when a creditor had called me on January 9, 2009. The creditor had called and said I needed to pay the bill owed, when in fact CLEAR ONE had already settled with the creditor in December of 2008. Which of course they showed no record of in their files. Who would have thought that I was not going to be able to pay off my credit card debt? I have a great job that I thought payed paid well, but with a family of five, money started getting short.
